论坛介绍
复旦大学光华青年学者论坛暨上海高校国际青年学者论坛，是复旦“主动觅才、精准选才”的重要品牌活动，自2016年起已举办八届。论坛汇聚了一大批学术水平高、创新能力强、发展潜力大的优秀青年人才，其中不少入选国家战略人才计划，论坛也已成为学校引才育才、服务国家的重要平台。
自2025年起，光华青年论坛将以线上线下相结合方式实现全年常态化运行，主打个性定制。我们将根据参会学者的不同需求，集成校内外各类资源，量身定制专属个人的论坛方案，提供更加优质、便捷、高效的服务。
邀请对象
1. 出生日期一般在1985年1月1日（含）以后，具有博士学位
2. 理工医学科申请者在取得博士学位后，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求
3. 学术思想活跃，可独立开展高水平原创性的学术研究，在其研究领域崭露头角并取得具有影响力的学术成就、发展潜力俱佳
“一人一策”定制活动项目
学术大咖面对面：受邀者可点名邀请院士、明星教授等学术大咖进行学术交流、发展交流，解惑未来。安排专题学术报告交流会议，为受邀者提供自我展示的舞台。通过沙龙、午餐会等方式，让受邀者与最优秀的青年学者们共话学术发展与人生理想、与近几年归国的青年学者交流心得体会与未来规划。
一流平台实打实：受邀者可实地考察目标院系或科研单位的实验办公空间、大型共享科研仪器设备、一流教学设备设施、公共服务保障平台、产学研合作基地等，全方位感受高端平台对发展的支撑。
服务保障心连心：受邀者可体验复旦附属中小学与幼儿园优质的办学品质，体验附属医院高端医疗资源和便捷医疗服务，体验环境优美、设施齐全、交通便捷的人才住房，体验海纳百川、追求卓越的校园文化与上海风情等。
政策宣介一对一：受邀者可与学校人才办、人事处、科研院、基础教育集团等相关职能部门负责人一对一面谈，全面系统了解学校为青年学者提供的优厚待遇保障等人才政策与服务保障举措；了解青年学者职业发展晋升路径与激励政策；了解青年学者项目申报、成果转化等科研政策；了解附属学校的子女入学政策和流程。
各分论坛将向获邀参会的优秀青年英才收集个人感兴趣的活动项目，个人也可直接扫描以下二维码填写活动项目需求报名。学校结合需求制定“一人一策”的活动安排，并配备人才专员协助开展。
发展支持
（一）薪酬
1、基本薪酬：提供富有竞争力的基本薪酬，各类绩效奖励上不封顶。
2、增量支持：对于优秀青年学者，另有包括学校人才引进资源包、战略人才培育计划、相辉青年学者、新工科人才基金、小米青年学者、上海市各类人才计划、附属医院双聘等提供的一系列个性化增量支持。
3、税收优惠：享受上海特有的税收优惠政策、专项补贴。
（二）住房
1、货币补贴：提供优厚的住房补贴。
2、住房保障：提供校园周边多处可拎包入住、环境优美、配套齐全、交通便捷的人才公寓供租住。
3、特色支持：多种形式的上海市人才安居保障试点政策支持；针对落地浦东新区的人才还有额外支持，包括租房补贴、项目支持等。
（三）科研
1、启动经费：提供有竞争力的科研启动经费；优秀人才可纳入学校战略人才培育计划，获得额外发展支持。
2、团队建设：直接认定博导资格并单列博士生名额支持，纳入学校战略人才培育计划可获额外博士生名额；支持科研团队建设，支持招聘博士后、专任科研岗位等团队成员。
3、平台支撑：享受学校大型共享科研仪器设备、一流教学设备设施、公共服务保障平台等。
（四）综合保障
1、子女教育：为子女提供完整链条的基础教育保障，可享受上海市最优质的办学资源。
2、医疗保障：享受复旦大学附属医院优质医疗资源和便捷医疗服务。
3、专项服务：上海市设立高层次人才服务专窗，在办理各类证照、进境物品通关等方面提供方便快捷、“一对一”的专属服务。

Forum Overview
The Fudan-Guanghua International Forum for Young Scholars represents a pivotal initiative of Fudan University's strategy for proactive talent acquisition and precise selection. Since its inception in 2016, the Forum has successfully convened eight sessions, bringing together a remarkable cohort of outstanding young talents distinguished by their high academic standards, innovative capabilities, and promising development potential. Notably, many participants have been selected for national strategic talent programs, making the forum as a vital platform for the university's talent recruitment, cultivation, and contribution on national growth.
Commencing in 2025, the Fudan-Guanghua International Forum for Young Scholars will operate on a year-round basis, integrating both online and offline formats, with a focus on personalized customization. We will tailor forum experiences to meet the diverse needs of attending scholars, leveraging various resources from within and outside the university to create bespoke forum programs that provide enhanced quality, convenient, and efficient services.
Eligibility Criteria for Invitees
1.Individuals born on or after January 1, 1985 ; Possession o[a1] f a doctoral degree.
2.Applicants in the fields of science, engineering, and medicine should typically have secured formal teaching or research positions at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D organizations for a minimum of 36 consecutive months following the attainment of their doctoral degree. Those who have achieved their doctoral qualifications abroad and have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments may have the work experience requirement relaxed.
3.Active engagement in academic discourse, with the ability to independently conduct high-level original research. Candidates should have established a notable presence in their respective research fields and have achieved influential academic milestones, showcasing strong potential for development.[a2]
Customized Activities - One Person, One Policy
Face-to-Face with Academic Leaders: Invitees will have the opportunity to request one-on-one discussions with academicians, renowned professors, and other leading scholars for in-depth academic exchanges and professional development insights. We will arrange specialized academic presentations and discussions, providing a platform for invitees to showcase their work. Through salons, lunch meetings and other informal gatherings, invitees can engage in conversations about academic progress and personal aspirations with distinguished peers, as well as share experiences and future plans with recently returned scholars.
Experiencing Premier Research Facilities: Invitees will have the opportunity to conduct on-site visits to target departments or research institutions, exploring laboratory and office environments, access to large shared research instruments, state-of-the-art teaching facilities, public service support platforms, and industry-academia collaboration bases. This immersive experience will allow you to fully appreciate the substantial support that high-end platforms provide for your professional development.
Comprehensive Support Services: Invitees will have the chance to experience the high-quality educational resources of Fudan's affiliated primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, access premium medical resources and convenient healthcare services at affiliated hospitals, and enjoy well-equipped, conveniently located talent housing. You will also immerse yourselves in the vibrant campus culture and the charm of Shanghai, which embraces diversity and strives for excellence
One-on-One Policy Briefing: Invitees can engage in one-on-one discussions with leaders from the university’s talent office, human resources department, research institute, and basic education group to gain a comprehensive understanding of the generous benefits and support measures provided for young scholars. You are available to learn about career advancement pathways and incentive policies for young scholars, as well as research policies related to project applications and outcome transformations. Additionally, information regarding enrollment policies and procedures for the children of scholars at affiliated schools will be available.

Each sub-forum will collect preferences for activities from invited outstanding young talents. Participants can also directly scan the QR code below to submit your activity preferences for registration. The university will develop tailored arrangements in response to these demands based on the principle of One Person, One Policy and assign dedicated staff to assist in the execution of these initiatives.

Development Support
I. Salary
1. Base Salary: We offer a highly competitive base salary, augmented by unlimited performance-related bonuses.
2. Incremental Support: Exceptional young scholars will have access to a comprehensive array of personalized incremental support, including the university's talent introduction resource package, strategic talent cultivation programs, the Xianghui Scholar initiative (targeted at young scholars), the New Engineering Talent Fund, the Xiaomi Young Scholar Program, as well as various talent initiatives from the Shanghai municipal government and dual appointments at affiliated hospitals.[a4]
3. Tax Incentives: Young scholars will be able to enjoy unique tax benefits and special subsidies available exclusively in Shanghai.
II. Housing
1. Monetary Subsidies: Generous housing allowances will be provided to support young scholar's living arrangements.
2. Transitional Housing: We offer a selection of fully furnished, aesthetically pleasing, and conveniently located talent apartments available for rent in close proximity to the campus.
3. Specialized Support: Access to various pilot housing security policies for talents in Shanghai, with additional support for those settling in Pudong New Area, including rental subsidies and project assistance.
III. Research Support
1. Startup Funding: Competitive research startup funding is available, with exceptional candidates eligible for inclusion in the university's strategic talent cultivation program, which provides further development support.
2. Team Development: Direct qualification for doctoral supervisor status will be available with dedicated doctoral student quotas. Inclusion in the strategic talent cultivation plan may yield additional doctoral student slots. Support will be provided for building research teams, including recruitment of postdoctoral researchers and full-time research staff.
3. Facilities: Access to large shared research instruments, top-tier teaching facilities, and public service support platforms at the university.
IV. Comprehensive Support
1. Children’s Education: Comprehensive basic education support for children, providing access to Shanghai's finest educational resources.
2. Medical Care: Benefit from high-quality medical resources and convenient healthcare services at Fudan University Affiliated Hospitals.
3. One-on-One Services: Shanghai has established dedicated service windows for high-level talents, providing convenient and personalized one-on-one assistance for various permits, customs clearance for incoming goods, and other essential services.
