论坛介绍
（一）十载光华，汇智英才
复旦大学光华青年学者论坛暨上海高校国际青年学者论坛，是学校“主动觅才、精准选才”的重要品牌活动，本届论坛迎来第十届，将继续秉持“量身定制”理念，通过线上线下相结合的方式全年常态化开展。
（二）“最强大脑”，相约相辉
特别优秀的、基础研究领域的光华论坛参会者将受邀参加个人专属的“相辉高端学术讲坛”，如获聘相辉青年学者学术岗位，可享受个性化支持。
邀请对象
1、出生日期一般在1986年1月1日（含）以后，具有博士学位
2、理工医学科申请者在取得博士学位后，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求
3、学术思想活跃，可独立开展高水平原创性的学术研究，在其研究领域崭露头角并取得具有影响力的学术成就、发展潜力俱佳
“一人一策”定制活动项目
学术大咖面对面：受邀者可选择与知名学者进行深度交流。论坛设置专题报告环节，并通过沙龙、午餐会等多种形式，促进与会青年学者之间的互动分享与思想碰撞。
一流平台实打实：受邀者可实地走访意向院系与科研平台，参观实验室、大型仪器及产学研基地等设施，亲身感受复旦一流的科研环境与发展支撑。
服务保障心连心：受邀学者可实地感受完善的配套支持，包括优质的附属基础教育资源、高水平的医疗健康服务、舒适便捷的人才安居环境，以及开放包容的校园文化与上海城市魅力。
政策宣介一对一：受邀学者可与学校各相关部门负责人进行一对一沟通，全面了解复旦大学在人才待遇、职业发展、科研支持、子女入学等方面提供的全方位政策保障与服务体系。

Forum Overview
(I) A Decade of Guanghua Forum: Converging Wisdom and Talent
The Fudan-Guanghua International Forum for Young Scholars represents a pivotal initiative of Fudan University's strategy for “proactive talent acquisition and precise selection”. Marking its tenth edition this year, the Forum remains committed to its “tailor-made” philosophy and will maintain a year-round, regular operation in a hybrid online-offline format.
(II) “Brightest Minds” Meet at Xianghui Institute
Outstanding participants in foundational research fields at the Guanghua Forum will be invited to attend their exclusive “XiangHui High-Level Academic Forum.” Those who are appointed to an academic position as Xianghui Young Scholars will receive personalized support.
Eligibility Criteria for Invitees
1. Individuals born on or after January 1, 1986 with possession of a doctoral degree.
2. Applicants in the fields of science, engineering, and medicine should typically have secured formal teaching or research positions at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D organizations for a minimum of 36 consecutive months following the attainment of their doctoral degree. Those who have achieved their doctoral qualifications abroad and have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments may have the work experience requirement relaxed.
3. Active engagement in academic discourse, with the ability to independently conduct high-level original research. Candidates should have established a notable presence in their respective research fields and have achieved influential academic milestones, showcasing strong potential for development.
Customized Activities – “One Person, One Policy”
Face-to-Face with Academic Experts: Invitees may choose to engage in in-depth exchanges with renowned academics. The Forum features keynote speech sessions and, through formats such as salons and lunch meetings, among others, fosters interaction, sharing, and intellectual exchange among participating young scholars.
Experiencing Premier Research Facilities: Invitees will have the opportunity to conduct on-site visits to their intended departments or research platforms in person, touring laboratories, large-scale instruments, and industry-academia-research bases to gain firsthand experience of Fudan’s world-class research environment and comprehensive development support.
Comprehensive Support Services: Invitees will have the chance to experience the comprehensive support system firsthand, including high-quality affiliated basic education resources, top-tier medical and healthcare services, comfortable and convenient housing arrangements for talent, as well as Fudan’s open and inclusive campus culture and the distinctive charm of the city of Shanghai.
One-on-One Policy Briefing: Invited scholars can engage in one-on-one discussions with leaders from relevant university departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of Fudan University’s full suite of policies and support systems, covering talent benefits, career development, research support, and schooling arrangements for children, among others.

Each sub-forum will collect preferences for activities from invited outstanding young scholars.
