复旦大学微电子学院简介

复旦大学是我国最早从事研究和发展微电子技术的单位之一,微电子学院成立于2013年4月,其前身是1958年由谢希德教授创办的半导体物理专业。2015年5月,学院成为首批获批建设的国家示范性微电子学院。2019年,微电子科学与工程专业获批首批国家级一流本科生专业建设点。同年11月,在全国率先试点建设集成电路科学与工程一级学科。学院设有微电子学与固体电子学集成电路与系统设计两个二级学科,在SOC设计、集成电路计算机辅助设计、半导体新工艺、新结构、新器件、微电子机械系统等领域的人才培养和科研创新方面取得了丰硕成果,奠定了在国内的前列地位。


学院分布于邯郸、张江两个校区,支撑了多个国家级、省部级平台建设:“专用集成电路和系统国家重点实验室”于1989年获批并依托学院建设;2013年,“长三角集成电路设计与制造协同创新中心”获批建设,2018年被认定为教育部与上海市共建的协同创新中心;2014年,学院获批建立“国家集成电路人才国际培训(上海)基地”;2018年,“国家集成电路创新中心”正式揭牌;2019年,“国家集成电路产教融合创新平台”、“新一代集成电路技术集成攻关大平台”获批启动建设,学院全面参与相关工作。

学院坚持“引育并举”原则,大力推动“人才强院”战略,积极培育人才成长沃土,努力打造一支“世界一流、素质优秀、结构优良、富于创新”的师资队伍,学院现有各类在岗人员130,其中正高级职称36人,副高级职称24人。学院秉承“国家意识、人文情怀、科学精神、专业素养、国际视野”育人目标,致力于为国家培养集成电路核心技术的开拓者、交叉领域的探索者和关键产业的领军者。

学院坚持面向国家重大战略需求和经济社会发展主战场推动教学科研工作,承担了多项国家级和省部级重大项目,在《Science》、《Nature》子刊等国际顶级期刊和ISSCCDAC等国际顶级会议上发表了大量高质量学术论文,并先后荣获国家科技进步二等奖、省部级一等奖、二等奖等重要奖项,一系列科研成果和授权发明专利成功转化,所培养的毕业生已成为我国集成电路领域的中坚力量。

学院国际交流与合作频繁,承办多个重要国际学术会议,特别是国际固态和集成电路技术会议(IEEE ICSICT)、国际专用集成电路会议(IEEE ASICON),已成为在国内集成电路工艺器件和设计领域规模和影响力最大的会议,已发展为国内外学术界和工业界开展学术和技术交流的重要平台。


About the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University

   

As one of the forerunners of microelectronic education and research in China, Fudan University has been committed to its mission of cultivating top talent for Shanghai and China’s rapidly growing semiconductor industry. In as early as 1958, Prof. XIE Xide founded the semiconductor discipline at Fudan, the first of its kind in the country. The School of Microelectronics of Fudan University (hereinafter referred to as the School) was founded in April 2013. Covering two disciplines “Microelectronics and Solid-state Electronics” and “Integrated Circuits and System Design”, the School boasts a high-level research faculty specializing in SOC design, IC CAD, novel IC technologies, structures and devices, MEMS, and other relevant fields with rich research and teaching experience.

Located in Handan and Zhangjiang campuses of Fudan University, the School has established or taken an active part in the construction of many national and provincial-level platforms. In 1992, the State Key Laboratory of ASIC & System, the sole state key laboratory in IC design in China, was established as one of the most important bases for IC Design research, industrial development and talent cultivation. In 2013, approved by the Shanghai Education Commission, the School took the lead in the establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Cooperative Innovation Center in IC Design and Manufacture. In 2014, the School established the Chinese IC Personnel International Training Center (Shanghai) with the approval of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. In 2018, the National IC Innovation Center was unveiled, in which the school has been playing a key role. In 2019, the National Integrated Circuit Innovation Center of Fudan University has been inaugurated and the School has been committed to the development of the center.

The School has 130 faculty and staff members, including 36 professors and 24 associate professors.
