一、论坛简介
Introduction

复旦大学光华青年学者论坛——空间互联网研究院分论坛旨在为相关领域的海内外优秀青年学者搭建学术交流平台,通过学术研讨会和人才洽谈会等形式,围绕国际学术前沿,探讨学科热点问题,促进学术交流与合作,为我校战略人才引进、海外人才项目申报、“超级博士后计划”汇聚全球英才。
空间互联网研究院分论坛拟定于2025年12月18日举行,采用线上线下相结合的方式。本次分论坛围绕以下3个科研方向进行学术探讨与交流:
1.AI赋能通信
2.卫星互联网
3.低空技术与工程
We are pleased to invite outstanding young researchers from around the world to join the Fudan-Guanghua International Forum for Young Scholars. The Forum provides a platform for research fellows, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scholars to exchange ideas on frontier challenges and cutting-edge research. It promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and offers participants an opportunity to learn about Fudan University’s research environment and academic culture.
The Institute of Space Internet sub-Forum will focus on three research areas:
AI-powered Communications
Satellite Internet
Low-Altitude Technology & Engineering

Who We’re Looking For
1.青年人才:
遵纪守法,思想品德端正,学风优良,遵守教师职业道德,热爱教学科研事业;
年龄一般不超过40周岁;
具有海内外知名大学博士学位;
可独立开展高水平原创性的学术研究,在所从事研究的学科领域取得有影响力的学术成就并且具有良好的学术发展潜力。
Faculty Staff Tenure Track
PhD in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
Strong academic achievements and research potential
Within 7 years of PhD graduation for Assistant/Associate Professor roles
Within 10 years of PhD graduation for Full Professor roles
2.超级博士后:
遵纪守法,思想品德端正,学术风气优良,热爱教学科研事业;
年龄一般不超过35周岁;
即将获得博士学位或获得博士学位一般不超过3年;
科研成果突出。
Postdoctoral or Research Assistant Professor
PhD candidates or PhD graduates in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
Strong research record and potential for independent research
Within 3 years of PhD graduation

四、空间互联网研究院简介

复旦大学空间互联网研究院专注于应对未来空间科技领域所面临的前沿挑战。随着空间技术和信息通信技术的深度融合发展,研究院通过跨学科的方式,将计算机科学、信息通信、微电子工程等多学科领域相结合,致力于打破传统学科间的壁垒,形成创新研究体系,推进新一代信息技术的发展。
研究院聚焦于探索网络与计算的基础理论研究,并攻克相关关键技术,力求在学术和产业应用上取得突破。主要研究方向包括卫星互联网和人工智能赋能通信。卫星互联网领域涵盖云原生网络、天空地网络、智能频谱感知等多个技术方向,旨在为全球提供无缝连接的通信服务。同时,研究院也注重人工智能与通信技术的深度结合,探索AI赋能通信的前沿应用,如智能网络管理、预测性维护、优化传输路径等,以提升通信网络的效率和稳定性。
科研团队方面,研究院汇聚了多位高层次人才,包括3名院士、2名长江学者、1名国家高层次人才、4名IEEE Fellow,7名教授、8名青年骨干以及5名工程师和6名博士后。研究院人才团队结构多样,覆盖了科研、技术开发、工程实践等多个层面,为研究工作提供了强有力的人才支持。
此外,研究院积极与国内外知名企业和学术机构建立战略合作关系,包括中国星网、中国移动、中国铁塔、中国电信、中国联通、华为、中科院微小卫星中心以及英国萨里大学等,共同设立了多个联合实验室和技术攻关项目。通过产学研合作模式,研究院有效地推动了技术创新成果的转化和应用。
About The Institute of Space Internet:
The Institute of Space Internet at Fudan University in China focuses on addressing frontier challenges and real-world problems in the field of future space science and technology. With deep integration of space, information, and communication technology, the institute adopts an interdisciplinary approach, combining computer science, information and communication technology, microelectronics engineering, and other disciplines. It is dedicated to overcoming traditional barriers between disciplines, forming an innovative research and experimental system, and advancing the development of next-generation space internet technologies.
The institute conducts basic theoretical research on networks and computing, aiming to achieve breakthroughs across both academic and industrial applications. Its main research areas include satellite internet, AI-powered communications, low-altitude technology and engineering. The satellite internet research focuses on cloud-native networks, space-air-ground networks, and intelligent spectrum sensing, aiming to provide seamless communication services worldwide. At the same time, the institute also integrates artificial intelligence with communication technologies, exploring cutting-edge applications of AI-powered communications, such as intelligent network management, predictive maintenance, and optimised routing algorithms, to enhance the efficiency and stability of communication networks.
The institute has assembled a diverse, international group that includes 4 IEEE Fellows, 7 professors, 8 associate and assistant professors, 5 technicians, and 6 postdoctoral researchers. The institute’s talent team is diverse, spanning scientific research, technical development, and engineering practice, providing strong talent support for research.
In addition, the institute actively establishes strategic partnerships with well-known domestic and international enterprises and academic institutions, including China Mobile Communications Group, China Satellite Network Group, China Tower, China Telecom, China Unicom, Huawei, the Innovation Academy for Microsatellites of the Chinese Academy of Science and the University of Surrey in the UK. We have set up several joint laboratories and technical research projects. Through the industry-academia-research cooperation, the institute has effectively promoted the transformation and application of technological innovations.
